Join an Online Group Activation

All online group Activations involve free/led breathwork with music. Sessions include a 1.5hr Activation, with session times also allowing for arrivals and explanations for newcomers and for integration afterwards.

Online Activation sessions cost £25. Please get in touch if cost is a barrier to attending a session.
