Join a Group Activation

Sessions take place at several venues across London and include free/led breathwork with music unless otherwise specified. There are several durations available, from 1hr to 2.5hrs, with session times also allowing for arrivals and explanations for newcomers, and for integration afterwards.

Session costs reflect the duration and location of sessions, and range from £45 to £95. Please get in touch if cost is a barrier to attending a session.
